委陵菜怎樣食用?
委陵菜的主要食用部位為其肉質根,其次是其嫩莖葉。委陵菜的肉質根采挖洗淨後可與銀耳、蓮子、紅棗煮食;可與香米、紅薯、紅豆等煮粥;可磨成粉後摻人麵中做成各種主食,味道極佳;可與羊肉燉食;也可與瘦肉炒食。其嫩葉可用開水燙後再用冷水泡去苦味,即可炒食。

委陵菜幼苗和嫩莖葉可供食用。春季采收幼苗和嫩莖葉,用清水洗淨,放到加鹽的開水中燙熟,再用涼水浸泡2-3小時,撈出,控去水分,即可烹調食用。可炒食、涼拌或做湯,濃香嫩爽,味美適口。
